Kristopher Penrose is the Administrative Coordinator for the Landscape Architecture Department. He is tasked to serve the needs of the departments 300+ students (for both undergraduate and graduate programs), the department chair, 9 tenured/tenure-track faculty, and 12+ part-time faculty. He is responsible for numerous duties in the day-to-day coordination of the department's two well-recognized academic programs.
Kristopher joined the College of Environmental Design in Fall 1995 as a student in the Architecture program. In 2001 he began working part time in Instructional Services, the Colleges copy/supply/equipment area. Early in 2005 he also began working part time as an Administrative Support Assistant in the Architecture Department, while also continuing to work part time in Instructional Services. Kristopher began his service in the Landscape Architecture department in 2010 as an emergency temporary replacement for its outgoing Administrative Coordinator, until hired as a permanent replacement the following year.
